    With over 15 years of corporate experience for leading travel & tourism brands including Tourism Sunshine Coast, Accor, Air New Zealand, Virgin, Velocity, Flight Centre and Ignite Travel Group, Kim has been responsible for brand strategy, product development, and the execution of effective take to market campaigns including Social Media.

    Kim was awarded Flight Centre’s Global Marketer of the Year and was the Marketing lead on Virgin’s global launch of their frequent flyer program, Velocity. During her time with Virgin, she was also a key member of the team responsible for the launch of the Virgin brand into the South Pacific skies of New Zealand and Fiji.

    Since 2015, Kim has been consulting with small to medium-sized businesses across a broad range of industries to accelerate their growth through successful & sustainable marketing strategies under her marketing consultancy business, What Matters Marketing.
